MONMEDX EMR PLATFORM - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MONMEDX platform, both doctors and patients ("Users") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these TOS, you should not access or use the MONMEDX platform.

2. Description of Service

MONMEDX provides an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform that enables doctors to record, store, and manage patient health information and allows patients to access their medical records.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how personal and medical data is collected, stored, and protected.

4. User Obligations

a) Doctors must have a valid medical license to practice in Canada.
b) Patients must provide accurate information during registration and inform their respective doctors about any changes to their health condition.
c) Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

5. Use Limitations

Users shall not:
a) Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform.
b) Breach or attempt to breach the platform's security features.

6. Termination

MONMEDX reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any User who violates these TOS.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain a secure and efficient platform, MONMEDX is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform or any information contained therein.

8. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the User resides.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these TOS shall be resolved through arbitration in Canada.

10. Changes to the TOS
MONMEDX reserves the right to revise these TOS at any time. It's the responsibility of Users to review the TOS regularly.
